Leadership
Chris Morris is a construction and development executive with experience leading complex, high-value projects across multifamily, hospitality, site development, and large-scale commercial construction.
Throughout his career, Chris has managed projects with complex scopes, schedules, and budgets — overseeing everything from an owner's initial concept and vision through buyout, budget establishment, daily site management, and financial tracking. He prides himself on the trust he builds with clients, day-to-day problem-solving, risk mitigation, clear communication and the strong example he sets for project teams.
